I liked this movie. Yes, the gore was a little minimal compared to what a true gore hound would expect but it had great scares (though we don't wanna think plants could scare us) and the acting was very believable. I give it two full fists in the air! Good movie! And to think it was produced by Ben Stiller!

This Wuz one of the worst BOOKS I've ever READ. Yeah they can give me thumbs down all they want but anyone who read the book and then STILL insisted on seeing the movie needs to have their head examined. If you want horror check out the classics directed by masters of Horror Like John Carpenter, early Wes Craven, films by Clive Barker..aka Hellraiser series. Films by Sam Raimi..ie Evil Dead...Films by George Romero..classic zombie films.

I think the movie is very good, because everything had great effects, and its all in daylight, unlike the other movies that have to be in the dark so their cheesy effects can't be noticed. Everything is realistic, and the acting is breathtaking. I give it a 9 and a half out of 10.
