I haven't tried any tricks (last crash I haven't got parts to fix) but is it setup for 3D (correct pinion and good batteries I guess help). My king is still out of action (broken ail slider), but I got a TREX kit recently so that will be the new ride. With inverted make sure you take it way up high and as it flips make sure you're throttle is mid stick otherwise it will accellerate quickly to the ground is that what happened?
I was just stressed out and panicked. its so much easier on the simulator when crashing is free of expensive repairs (im on a tight budget because of having my second child). i just bought a 3d katana that i will play around with to build my confidence inverting my heli again. hope to get that running this weekend. i will video my first successful inversion though (just for kicks)
yup, i just pieced my heli together last night and took it on a test hover in the garage (too windy outside). dont have the guts to take it upsidown again for a while- it just seemed so much easier on the simulator. btw, saw some of your vids. your belt cp is very tastefully upgraded. im going to have to stick with the plastic head until i can fly inverted as well as i can right side up.

Cool I look forward to it, make sure you film it even if it isn't successful, also entertaining!
