right what i did was i evolved it from an eevee that i got from bills house in goldenrod city and i evolved it with a thunderstone which you can get from 1 of the trainers you face on your way to olivine and basicly some random time she will phone you up and give you a thunderstone

well maybe theyll reamke the evee sisters s that there DP evoultion will be included
