Tom Hopkins is very worth reading. I've read is "Art of Selling" and "Official Guide to Sucess" - I don't work in sales, but his advice and principles are applicable to your workplace and also your personal life. Thank you Tom for sharing your learning and your experience with all of us. I lost my father when I was very young, and I know that he would have approved of your advice, too .
