I love that cut, but the way he set you up isn't what they teach us in barber school. As far as applying the cape and the neck strips. I guess it's different in ATL. But I still love the cut. I think that they are trying to encourge people to get their barber license who want to become a barber, its not about being a hater. There are even apprentaceship programs available, where you work while you are in school, you will be legal and making money!

Let me start by saying that I graduated from barber school and am licensed as a barber in two states. However, I am STILL learning how to cut hair. These videos are less about education and more about ego and bravado. Truly instructional videos describe in detail the steps to a proper haircut while the hair is being cut. There was no explanation of where the fade started, no explanation of the clipper blade settings, etc. Master Barbers are created, they are not born. Barbering is a skill.

its true....the longer you hair is the wave pattern will set in.....you will need a stiff brush to keep the pattern and a shape up will kep it tight...depending on your hair texture you can let it grow out to two to three weeks....what u can do is wash it and trim the split ends and keep it fresh...that's what I do with mine...
