Great video, thanks! The Alger regency was a great power in the Mediterranean. Two questions:

- Who were the artists? Muslims or Christians (doesn't Islam prohibit images of living creatures?)

- Of course one could also show the dark sides – slavery, and domination by the (distant) Ottoman empire. What did the Alger regency have to pay every year to the Turks?

Stop making lies on the origin of algeria name.

The city name is derived from the Arabic word al-jazā'ir,Al-jazā'ir (alger) is itself a truncated form of the city's older name jazā'ir banī mazghannā.

It is not france who give the first name of algiers or algeria.

So stop making lies. Just check wikepedia and learn about the history of algeria and algiers.
