Apparently, Freddie Roach has stated that Manny would like to consider the winner of Mosley vs Berto. If Berto wins, the testing issue will still be in effect as Berto is managed by Al Haymon, Mayweather's business manager...so I can't see them stepping down from that. If Mosley wins, he may ask for the same testing as well now LOL. In any case, I doubt that fight will even happen soon as, if Pacquiao beats Clottey, it will be less than two months before his political campaign at home anyway.
