You just have to get your evasion points up.

@Wowgonebad to evade a missile effectively do a loop make sure flares are on manual and keep pressing b while looping but you cannot evade a missile from an X-32B no matter how hard you try.

I can make this plane fly like a harrier upside down, yes my nozzle is pointed towards the ground and I am increasing altitude and speed, this plane is amazing, and that stunt that you pulled on 2:02 is great for evading missles, I never got hit online, the players were amazed, it is a work of art when you know how to use it.

it's on the "weapons loadout screen" on the left under aerobatics if memory serves me correctly.

They made one for Hawx and it also works with Ace Combat 6, so it should work for this. Have to test it after i get one!

Nope, it doesnt work. HAWX and AC6 have the rudder controlled through the bumpers and throttle through the triggers. Over G uses throttle for the bumpers and rudder through the triggers :( I was so disappointed. As far as I know there's no way to change it.

check your game settings. there is a switch of control style. swith to normal mode not the newbo mode

@beterhans Hi i just got an Xbox 360 so im new to it and i just got this game. I was wondering how to lift your gear on the first mission because the screen says "LIFT YOUR GEAR" and it shows a controller with the joystick down (My controls are on reverse mode). And i beat the 2nd mission but it won't let me go on to the 3rd thanks.

its probly coz ur plane was too heavy try taking some weapons off to lighten the weight and dont put any exturnal fuel carriers coz they do weight u down quit alot. if ur having anymore trubles and u have xboxlive add me n we can chat my gametag is southern81 cya soon :).

Ok the f-35 dont have thrust vectoring it has vtol also the mig-29ovt, x-31 and su-37 have thrust vectoring
