Fantastic, underrated science fiction film from 1974. Incredible photography, good story, fine performances, and hypnotic direction from Saul Bass. The electronic music score is a major plus too. A cult classic. British actress Lynne Frederick is beautiful and can pass for Olivia Hussey's sister as well. Thank you for this cool posting DIOTD2008.
Phase IV is an incredible movie. The photography alone was awesome, and how Saul Bass & Co. managed to etch the trinagular logos on the heads of real ants is mind-boggling. I havent seen this film in years.
I saw this tv spot at a cult movie fest a few years back and have been dying to see the actual film, hopefully one day it will be released on dvd perhaps

too bad the alt ending & these excellent promos were not included on the new or older vhs/dvd releases.

This was, and still is, a fantastic flick. Completely underrated then and now.
A film like this wouldn't even be considered in this day and age..and NOW is the time where an audience could be found for it.
