You have to change the bookmarks in
C:\Documents and Settings\-\My Documents \Test Drive Unlimited\savegame\*YOURNAME\bookmark.text
Copy and and paste these lines into the text file:
"Ohau Ketjil" 47 64640.85 1.54 45130.66 -0.195 0.009 -0.981 434922622
"Mokapu Ketjil" 48 59230.38 902.75 33010.22 0.871 -0.001 -0.492 434920566
"Ohau Ketjil 2" 55 63899.10 2.35 44409.11 -0.005 0.188 0.982 434922553

PC version and I'm guessing you've downloaded someones bookmark file as it's easy to jump to anywhere on the PC version by editing that file.
