Yah! Damn I love the Rodeo. I wana but my best friend's gf's. Has a wicked sound sys and rides pretty good. Had an issue with the catylitic convertor but she got it fixed for 750. I wana get a tow bar for it.The 1996 model looks the best of them all.
it was my flex pipe, which i replaced, sound is no longer there. if thats the reason you got rid of yours then better in someone else's possession i suppose.
a 1995.5 Rodeo, I love it and I have had NO Probelms with it, but I'm doing an engine swap in a couple months, so I can better tune the current one I have!
How did your engine swap go? I have a 1996 Rodeo too and out of the blue it started making a knocking sound. It looks like I'm gonna have to get a "new" engine because the "knocking sound does not go away when I rev it up. I'm also interested in finding out how you found an engine replacement, how much you get it for AND weather it's been worth it so far at least. Thanks in advance for your help!!
@java0317 the knocking sound is your vavlve lifters hitting. use a thicker oil, the thickest they have. when i had my odeo i use the high milage castrol gtx oil. i eventually did an engine swap at 200,000 miles costed my 2,400.
