@newlybrokenroad I think it was season five, it's where Eli is helping a CEO of an internet software company deal with his obsessive compulsive disorder, and he's being haunted by his former lover...Who's son is working at his company under an assumed name...Sry, don't remember the episode name...But, I know it is at the end of the episode where the song is played.
