im a life-long lsu fan...live about 80 miles from "Death Valley" and there is nothing like a LSU game on Saturday nite! Ive been to numerous games in other stadiums....not even close. Not trying to brag....seriously.

It's simply a song that several colleges and high schools play today, but one that also gets the LSU fans and team pumped up at special times during the game. Southern fans should be happy that we share the same passion for our band as they do their's. It's not a matter of who played it first, or who "stole" what, it's simply a great song and I think all should enjoy it as much as the football fans in Baton Rouge do.....whether they are wearing Tiger purple and gold or Jaguar blue and gold.

I'm a Titans fan and we beat the Colts the year they won the Super Bowl, and as nice as that was, the Colts were the Champions and we just sat at home wishing we could be them at the end of the season.

im a life-long lsu fan...live about 80 miles from "Death Valley" and there is nothing like a LSU game on Saturday nite! Ive been to numerous games in other stadiums....not even close. Not trying to brag....seriously.

I'd like to see Grambling and Southern play something other than the BillBoard Top 40 rap songs every day/week/month/year.

wrong. the school lsu stole the chant/arm motion from is one of the hbcu's whose crowd gets into the band and go along with them ie Southern University. add JSU "GET READY", FAMU "S.O.S.", BCU "LET'S GO WILDCATS", and other hbcu's to that list. maybe you should get out more

It's simply a song that several colleges and high schools play today, but one that also gets the LSU fans and team pumped up at special times during the game. Southern fans should be happy that we share the same passion for our band as they do their's. It's not a matter of who played it first, or who "stole" what, it's simply a great song and I think all should enjoy it as much as the football fans in Baton Rouge do.....whether they are wearing Tiger purple and gold or Jaguar blue and gold.
