@CoolColJ24 The lens and aperture size is very important. I don't use zoom lenses. Everything in this video was shot on a 50mm 1.4 aperture prime lens.

That was very beautiful. The video was very nicely put with the music. The CS-80 has to be one of the most romantic sounding analog synths ever made. Yamaha had Moog and Sequential Circuits beat with this hard-wired synth in my opinion. Very rich indeed my friend A+.

Mine is not as nice but different - also, I notice how different the CS80's can sound from each other - I have a video of mine if you search "cs80 galaxiesmerge".

My only hope is that I can keep it going - I bough all kinds of survival kits for this and will get around to recapping the power supply (since that can cause the most damage if not attended to). Cheers!

Well, that is the first time in a long time the hairs on the back of my neck have stood up. Analogue synths have such a unique and warm sound and this sounds as if it came straight back out of a soundtrack in the late 70's early 80's. Your videos are the best analogue synth demo's on YouTube and I also like your photography.

Fantastic composition you really have nailed the CS80 sound in your own way.(very hard to do as I always ended up sounding like you know who)

I used to think mine was just a bass, lead synth but after listening to this I am sadly wrong and wrong to part company with mine , so thank you for this upload it will always remind me af what I once had...:-)
