It's not fair to say he's running slow. Maybe he's running some super thin, 50 up BS and that's the best he could get it to run. I know the other Bobst operator at our shop tries to run everything between 5-6k/hr and fights the machine all day. I set up and cruise @ 4-4.5k/hr and out produce him everyday. To each his own I guess.

The 102E machine is good, but you should have bought the ER. With the E machines you have to employ Mexicans to break-out the cartons. In the UK they have Polish people to do that.
