On Tsuki no Usagi, she did everything except guitar and "some arrangements".

I think Moon Dragon has more additonal musicians but she wrote all the songs and lyrics.

Notice she use the name "Kana" only before.

I believe she started saying "MOON KANA" after making her own label.

Kana leaves me speechless, I don't just listen to her because her music is wonderfully unique and her voice is amazingly horrible but because I've always been considered weird and listening to her music is like an escapsm for me. And her song meanings(partically her older songs) have hidden meanings which I know are true but constantly ignored. And I've really had enough of that false strawberry, it;s just an imitation of the real strawberries which are wonderful.
