Okay here is my opinion;

The song is okay. It is not rubbish but in its current state I can predict It would have maybe had a hard time making the eurovision final. in the 80's if there was Sf rounds back then.

But the Artist chosen to sing the song will reproduce it, maybe one might sing a pop version, another could sing a RnB version and they could sond both much different.

This is much better than Copycat though because it has some charm. Plus its my 3rd listen "Sha la Lie Laa laa" : D
