you could just do the quest shoot them in the head, and then after, you kill crowley and get the keys. Because is bad, you dont loose karma, and if you do things things right, no one in underworld will notice that you kill him.

meh, I strongly prefer the T 45d series armor despite having -2 agility, it actually makes up for it's strength of +2. Not saying the T 51b is bad, it has really good durability against enemies using energy weapons. Only wish that they had a winterized variant which they actually did during the start of the Anchorage Reclamation in the midst of the Sino-American War.

Ppl if u have Operation: Anchorage, you can get a winterized version of the armor but...It never loses condition 100% guaranteed...I have it and you also get tons of other items from the DLC

The only diff in this armor and the winterized is the regular armor has a DR of 50 while the winterized has 45, but the regular t-51b seems to me like it has mold on it or something.

@mastablasta21k he can die in the wasteland trying to get the armor. In that case your pretty much screwed and have to get the operation anchorage version.

After weejs of searching for crowely, I found him in the bomb storage building on the left (very hard lockpicking). Sadly, the game froze, crashed, and then I got the red ring of death. Plus, it said Fawkes died, even though he was fine

The wintersized T-51b is better than the 1 found in fort Constantine cos the 1 found with the keys is breakable and the wintersized is un-breakable

@gamer2229 it is breakable, i was able to slightly wear it out after countless hours of fighting dlc enemies. Especially on mother ship zeta with the enemies with the dam alien weapons which are POWERFUL but somah fixed em to 100%. The armor has close to a million health so it is breakable but its unlike t-51b which has like 2000 or higher.

@3653307 u must get keys from Dave from the republic of dave and keys from ted strayer in rivet city and keys from dukov in dukovs place. then u can go for it. i reccomend watching Orcidea's video about this

Yeah that armours good its lik 50 damage resistence and helmet is ten. easiest thing to do is just give him the keys wait about 5 days and hell come back go to a room where theres lik 3 people and have a follower and shoot him and just steal it u can steal the keys to if u want i dont really see the point

@COD2xXxCOD4xXxCOD5 well, on PC you get the 'console'(~) and you get free repair. ^_^ player.srm is the console code, but you need to have the caps to repair but it doesn't take any, just for whatever reason you need to have the amount of caps in order to repair, which is stupid.

so, it's really just preference in looks if you have PC version. unless, you don't like 'cheating'.

That armor is easy to get! first, you go to dukov's place kill him, take this special key, next go to ted strayer kill him and get his key last you go to daves area you know what to do then go to tenpeny, constatine then unlock the doors then keep going until you find a blue room then snatch it then you have it :]

well i played trough broken steel part on very hard with this, and as far as i know broken steel dlc is pretty challenging... lots and lots of enclaves to kill etc. cause my power armor lost value from 999 to 998 and that means that the condition has decreased.

It never detiriates, it always stays full armour health.:)

Oh and you get +1CHR and +33 RAD.RES with armour and helmet on with like 83 DR i think.

Okay, time to get the power armor, I didn't kill Crowley, I followed him after giving him the keys and he bounced into the air too far and died, I stood there taking in the awkward moment then took the keys and ran off, don't ask me why he was bouncing, for some reason the NPC's in my game lag and bounce, which is ironic since I don't lag. Fortunately they only do that when I'm following their scripted path or something.

That t51b armor is worthless. Weighs alot and is expensive to get back to 50%. Nothing you pick up repairs it. the helmet is toast in 2 hits. Best to use what everyone around you is using and hope someone else dies. Not much better lasting than Talon combat armor which weighs much less. If you have plenty Stempacks, armor is not an issue.Doling out caps to repair worthless armor is an issue.

So what have you found that reapirs it? I`ve found nothing so far.. I have not moved on to the expansions yet. First game best place is the Citadel to 50%. No items or traders can fix it better than the citadel. I`m not quite ready to move on yet. If you have a fix, Thanx!

the best armour is t5ib winternize armour from operation:anchorage it never damages. i have charon with normal t51b and i have the winter one.

I had Crowley fetch it for me. After some time he pops back at Underworld with the T51b Power Armor...kill him, exit Underworld, wait some days, and everybody's friendly again.

Great plan. Exactly what I did, lol. It's funny, I'm at max Karma... But I blew up megaton... Plus random killings here an' there. haha- more like: Mwuahaha!
