It looks very much with the street barbecue from the southern countries of south america (south of Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Chile), the difference is that here they have many different kinds of sausage while in those places they have other types of meat (but only one type of sausage, and is generally the italian type).

The immigration of italians and germans in those areas was so big that is nice to see this similarities in both cultures.
