There is a possibility that you could use any tilt steering setup, but you have to realize that aftermarket steering columns will not have all of the sophisticated mechanisms that yours currently has. Excluding Dimmer/Wiper (on or off) or Cruise, those are basically the only two (out of the three) options that you can have (one option on the tilt lever and the other option on the turn lever).

is this like power assisted steering. cuz i would like to install that on my 66 because its a pain to turn

@ttimothyp16 You may want to check with Borgeson Universal, they do manufacture a steering box for the classic Mustangs.
