Youtube is to blame as well. How often does youtube cancel accounts just because some lawyer SAYS they will try to sue even though they have no grounds for it? Youtube is a large entity with their own lawyers. They can easily confirm whether there's any merit to a legal threat or if it's just a bluff because there's no legal grounds for it.
