  • @TP0W3R Eating 6 meals a day will boost your metabolism, helping you to burn more calories all day long. smaller meals are easier to digest. If you compare horses vs. Pigs. Horses are super lean because they graze all day long, and pigs are nice and fat because they eat A LOT in 1 meal.

  • Ever since I had that common school virus in duval county, FL I've eaten small amounts of food. But I eat in 3 portions do to school. I just got out of soccer and sheded an easy 10-15 pounds. Before I saw drimatic results while doing Dance Dance Revolution (DDR), I have the hottest party. I always to basic, difficult, or expert. Other times I just work on cheerleading/gynatics which gets me really move 'n' fast. Take about doing a routine double time under 2:50 mins

    I eat 500 kals a day when on a diet.

    Never take pills! They're so bad for you, even if you lose weight when you stop taking them you put it back on. A person I know was taking pills and she stopped 2 years later then she put on 4 dress sizes and she's now diabetic.

  • i know what you mean , i was like 300 pnds back then , and it is very uncomfortable jogging in ur area that big, soo what you do is keep walking and walking then the next day just get faster then same thing over the next day , and yes u will see the difference. but before you do this try to practise ur diet, eat less drink more then eat then drink more, very use full if ur dont eating small portions for ur self to think that u are full then after 5 mins u wont feel hungry at all. :)

  • awesome! keep it up. I had a client lose 50 lbs only drinking green tea. She speed walked about half an hour every morning which helped with the weight loss.

  • it's different for everybody, I personally drink

    up to 5 cups of hot tea a day. My client drank her tea twice a day, once in the morning and the other mid-day. I would suggest once cup after every meal would be suffice.
