This cheerleader should drop T-Mobile and switch to Verizon, Verizons customer service & coverage is better and Verizons CDMA technology K.O.'s T-Mobile's GSM technology any day & T-Mobile seems to only care about their new customers, but Verizon continues to care for both their new & old customers which I know for a fact since I've been a Verizon customer for nearly 3 years & was with T-Mobile at one time & was very disgusted with them & will never do business with T-Mobile ever again.

That may be true @JacquelineeeN, but I hate T-Mobile phones, they're cheesy and ugly looking and more and more people are leaving T-Mobile every year and are even switching from T-Mobile to AT&T since T-Mobile is going downhill and I've been with Verizon for the passed 3 years now and I've been with T-Mobile and didn't like T-Mobile one bit and will never do business with them again especially since T-Mobile had horrid coverage and cheesy customer service that was non helpful to us at all.

@a4238088 Well I think we should agree to disagree. I can only speak for myself, when I say I love my phones. I have the blackberry curve 8520, and I don't think it's cheesy, or ugly looking. I'm sure you think the same about your phone, which I'm sure is a dream to you as well. I'll stick with T-mobile for a while because I have free everything, and never will I go over my minutes, because they are unlimited. Service is great for me. Not always full bar, but never no service.
