How do you get the stick thing on the top of the trolley to stick up? The one's on my game just lay flat on the top of the tram

The song IS Sing! Sing! Sing!. It's a swing era standard made famous by the Benny Goodman band. There were many recordings but the most famous is from the 1938 Carnegie Hall Jazz Concert with Goodman, Harry James, Ziggy Elman and Gene Krupa. The arrangement is by Jimmy Mundy. Not sure who actually wrote it though. The '38 Carnegie Hall Concert was kind of a Jazz era Woodstock with all the big stars in attendance.
