the atom was actuley suposed to replace the sempron. but what is funny is the atom was invented bfor the spron and out praformed it then and was cheaper. but that decided to go with the sempron. the persion who made the sempron did not think. after all a k6-2 overclocked to its furest can out performance a sempron

wo its a 1.8 ghz? my amd sempron 3300+ is a 2.01 ghz. i thought yours might be a little stronger because it has a higher number.

ive overlocked my sempron 3400+ from 1.81 to 2.5 Ghz

and i dont know the cooling but its almost the same when it was 1.8 ( i mean the temperature) just the cooler runs on 3000 RPM`s ( before it was 2000)

i`m with 3400+ and its not good to overlock it the procesor overlocks its self to..... 2.8 or somewhere there :) that explain that i play Burnout Paradise on medium with no lag and the game needs 2.7 ... :)

He probably can't set it, its a Acer. What program did you use? ClockGen? SetFSB? It automatically OC's your RAM aswell. I got mine to 2.3Ghz stable, in a Dell.
