Have lived in Vancouver, WA all m life and snow happens 2-3 times a winter on average. 3 years ago though we had about 20 inches and a good inch and a half of ice, last winter it was about 5 to 7 inches.
Seems nobody remembers that we used to get snow like this in Vancouver all the time when I was a kid in the late 70's and early 80's. The weather pattern in the PNW sure has changed the past 25 years.
My heart breaks for the people at 1:07. Geez! Frozen stiff. I hope the next of kin were notified.
