They got the idea to do this because before marijuana was banned, machine guns were banned under federal law and required a tax stamp and no tax stamps were given effectively making machine guns illegal. They applied the same method when banning marijuana.
When someone lied and said the medical assocation was also for banning marijuana when asked, the law passed and it was banned under federal law. It was the marijuana tax act of 1937. People could get marijuana with a tax stamp but no tax stamps were ever issued by the federal government effectively making marijuana illegal.
Before then they managed to get states to ban it one by one using Hearsts and Anslingers lies. When the vote was passed to ban marijuana, they had been asked if the medical association approved the ban, no one from the medical association was there to say no, someone lied and said the medical association was for the ban on marijuana. Even in the 1930's and before people had used marijuana for medical use for hundreds of years, it was nothing new.
The federal government didn't know much at all about marijuana when the issue was brought in front of them to ban it. They didn't know much about pot at all, only what Anslinger brought to them which was some of William Hearsts newspaper articles, propaganda stuff. The medical association wasn't even there to be against the ban, the public was un aware of the vote to outlaw marijuana completely under federal law.
Years ago some states would have people in jail for life for 2 marijuana possession convictions. They eased up on the marijuana laws when they found out that most of the people they were arresting and throwing in jail weren't just foreigners but many middle class whites.
In the late 60's or 70's people were interviewed on college campus's on marijuana use. Many people interviewed on if they used other drugs besides marijuana said they only used marijuana and didn't have an addiction to it and could quit when they wanted. They smoked pot and didn't have the urge to go out and use heroin.
Anslinger resigned in the 1960's under the Kennedy Administration, some say he was forced to resign by Kennedy who some say used medical marijuana because of his bad back. It could be true, you got a drug czar giving lies about pot and if you had a president that might have used marijuana they would know Anslinger was a liar.
The people that probably couldn't be fooled were the people that actually used marijuana during all the propaganda. When people proved Anslinger wrong in marijuana tests that showed it did not make people go insane or have orgy's or caused people to get violent, he banned anyone from doing further testing of marijuana that could make him look bad or they would be in jail. Anslinger was also the guy that started the marijuana is a gateway to heroin and we still hear this today.
The church group was against anything that altered the mind. The movie was about people going insane or having orgy's after smoking pot. Not everyone believed the movie but some people did.
The stories Heart put in his papers weren't proven to be true and niether was what Anslinger was saying about pot, they both made up stories with no proof and blamed marijuana. That was when the public started believing marijuana caused people to go insane. In 1936 a church group made the movie Reefer Madness, not the federal government.
Anrew Mellon wasn't just financial banker for the Dupont Corporation, Andrew Mellon was also the secretary of the United States Treasury, this is how he was able to appoint his nephew-in-law Harry J. Anslinger who became the countries first drug czar to lead the narcotics task force. He made a career out of banning pot and passing laws against it.
Hemp also threatened the Dupont Corporation. Andrew Mellon was a financial banker for the Dupont Corporation. He appointed his nephew-in-law Harry J. Anslinger to lead the narcotics task force. Hearst and Anslinger saw hemp and marijuana as the samething. Hemp was banned at the sametime marijuana was banned. Hearst wrote lies in his papers about a Mexican that went crazy on marijuana and went on a killing rampage. He wrote up a story that someone killed their family after smoking marijuana.
Newspaper editer William Hearst had big investments in the timber industry. There were large Mexican hemp plantations that threatened to hurt his investments because hemp was a cheaper product but also stronger. Hemp paper doesn't turn yellow over time. Hemp was also used to make ropes, clothes, papers, it was a big product. Hearst lost 800,000 acres of timber to mexican Pancho Villa.
They passed laws the foreigners didn't understand. They also used lies(propaganda) to get states to ban marijuana. Leading the narcotics task force was drug czar Harry Anslinger. He himself was a racist and used racism like marijuana making blacks brave and causing them to stand up against the white man, marijuana caused blacks to have relations with white women. Black jazz musicians also smoked pot. Their music was seen as devil music by the white population and seeing that blacks used pot they saw it as a evil drug.

They got the idea to do this because before marijuana was banned, machine guns were banned under federal law and required a tax stamp and no tax stamps were given effectively making machine guns illegal. They applied the same method when banning marijuana.

When someone lied and said the medical assocation was also for banning marijuana when asked, the law passed and it was banned under federal law. It was the marijuana tax act of 1937. People could get marijuana with a tax stamp but no tax stamps were ever issued by the federal government effectively making marijuana illegal.

When the vote was passed to ban marijuana, they had been asked if the medical association approved the ban, no one from the medical association was there to say no, someone lied and said the medical association was for the ban on marijuana. Even in the 1930's and before people had used marijuana for medical use for hundreds of years, it was nothing new.

The federal government didn't know much at all about marijuana when the issue was brought in front of them to ban it. They didn't know much about pot at all, only what Anslinger brought to them which was some of William Hearsts newspaper articles, propaganda stuff. The medical association wasn't even there to be against the ban, the public was un aware of the vote to outlaw marijuana completely under federal law.

Years ago some states would have people in jail for life for 2 marijuana possession convictions. They eased up on the marijuana laws when they found out that most of the people they were arresting and throwing in jail weren't just foreigners but many middle class whites.

In the late 60's or 70's people were interviewed on college campus's on marijuana use. Many people interviewed on if they used other drugs besides marijuana said they only used marijuana and didn't have an addiction to it and could quit when they wanted. They smoked pot and didn't have the urge to go out and use heroin.

It could be true, you got a drug czar giving lies about pot and if you had a president that might have used marijuana they would know Anslinger was a liar.

The message to kids is that if your not of legal age, no exceptions, you will be arrested if caught in possession of tobacco or alcohol or if someone sells to a minor they will be arrested! The same should go for pot, theres no reason why it can't be legalized and regulated.

exactly, did you know that it was the tobbacco industy which had a huge hand in the demoniziation and eventual prohibiton of cannibis? Another reason was that there were mexicans in the USA during the depresion and the government wanted to make sure that there were jobs for white people, and since most o the mexicas used weed, they ilegalized it and deported mexican violators.

If weed was legal people could also just grow it in their yards instead of in the house. If weed were legal there would be so much growing everywhere or sold all over the country that people wouldn't be robbing each other over marijuana and there would no longer be violence when it comes to sales and control of marijuana. If tobacco was banned a ounce would go for over $100. Tobacco is legal and people pay about $5 for a pack, not $20 or more!

No one grows tobacco in their houses and really brews their own alcohol. Some people also make their own decision to grow their own vegetables or buy them in a store. The same would go for marijuana, if legalized it should be up to the people if they want to buy it in a store or just grow their own. Prohibtion is the cause of problems in society.

During prohibition alcohol was made in basements in bath tubs and was seen as a federal offense and people were arrested and put in jail, gangs were also selling alcohol. Legalization changed that for the better, prohibition was a bigger problem in society. If pot were legal most people wouldn't be having large scale grows inside their homes and maybe grow just a few plants for personal use.

It's possible for a house to catch fire and burn down if the circuits are over loaded and the circut breaker can't handle all the power. If pot were legal and sold in stores it would be grown on farms and maybe in warehouses that are built and controlled and inspected for growing safely. Over 75 years ago when pot was legal there were huge fields all over the place loaded with hemp and marijuana.

Do you also consider alcohol use and cigarette smoking evil?(I am not by any means advocating the Liberals). On a list created by british scientists researching drugs, cocaine and heroin were the # 1 &2 worst drugs, crystal meth was #3 or4, alcohol was #5, tobacco was #9, and marijuana was #11. I know very well that one joint is a lot worse for one than one cigarette, but no one i know smokes a "pack" of joints per day.

Underpressure oughta make sure no smell hangs around the appartment.Fresh compost can smell a bit weird as well( for those simply growing strawberries and alike).
Clean the place , and biologically treat each ( young ) plant with an organic based solution.
finish before insects become a problem.
Synthetic insecticides harm the immune system of plants!(And the quality of product)

Spider mites are on pot plants allll the time they love um and a grower will go thru hell to kill them. a grower he will use a bug spray in the 1st stage of the plants life to kill the bugs, but at the ends of the plants life the budding stage you cant use bug spray cus you would smoke it... soif they still need to kill the bugs they use soap & water and because of the lack of air flow among the bud mold might grow in small amounts and you wont know your smoking it

usuaully any bud containing spider mites mould or any other sh*t is thrown out and is rarely harvested. i would never get bud that i knew was grown in bad conditions. that grow area in the apartment isnt clean at all.
