  • I was treated by Dr. March in July 2010. I got pregnant in November 2010. I am 37 weeks pregnant with a baby girl.

  • Thanks for doing this video Dr March. The images are clear and steady and the dissection is carried out very carefully and skillfully with microscissors.

It's unfortunate that doctors continue to use blinded D&Cs when safer alternatives exist if surgery is required. Hysteroscopy allows the Dr to visualize surgery on delicate endometrial tissue.

  • Very informative. Wonderful resource. I had the same surgery done by Dr. March in August 2008.

  • Thanks Dr. March for this most informative video, many doctors should listen carefully to what you can tell them about proper treatment of Asherman´s Syndrome.

I have been treated successfully by a specialist in Germany, the only one to be able to use the Nd-YAG laser for the treatment of Asherman´s. He allowed me to have three more children.

I hope that more specialists talk about their methods to treat Asherman´s and thus educate each other. Your video is a great beginning!

    Again: thank you!

  • Thank you so much for this fascinating video! I went through the same surgery from a wonderful doctor in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA, and he helped me to conceive my child after having severe Asherman's syndrome. This video is amazing!! Thank you so much for posting it!

  • Here is a wonderful video for women to learn the medical lingo they need to know so doctors will take them seriously. This video will be such a great resource to tell the medical community about. I got Ashermans Syndrome from a required D & C and finally found good support and help at ashermans org. I had successful sugery in Sept 2007 with Dr. March and am also happy to say we are now only 12 weeks away from deliverying our baby girl.

  • What an amazing video!! Dr March has helped so many women with Asherman's and I hope that other professionals can learn from this video. His technique of using microscissors, estrogen therapy, and appropriate stents when needed are proven and so successful.

  • A fascinating look inside a uterus that is filled with scar tissue - a condition called Asherman's Syndrome. Dr. March is one of the leading doctors in the U.S. to treat Asherman's Syndrome, which can cause infertility. Women from all over the world travel from great distances to be treated by Dr. March. I had successful surgery with Dr. March in January of 2007 and would not have my beautiful 2 month old baby without his help.
