Jack is actually the worst swordsman of everyone in the movies. Will and Barbossa are the best, followed by Admiral Norrington, then Elizabeth, and Jack's way down there.

You can't really say that Barbossa is a better swordsman than Jack, we've only seen him fight once and in that fight, Jack held his own. And I seriously don't get your idea that Elizabeth is a better swords(wo)man than Jack. Just because Jack 'acts' like a clumsy oaf half the time doesn't mean he can't fight. He held his own against Barbossa in POTC, against Norrington & Will in DMC and surely will against Davey in AWE.
