I did not know Steven Green's music until I won a cd in a drawing put on by a local radio station. I love his voice and his music. I am grieved that the author of this song, Ray Boltz is now a practicing homosexual, but Steve is God's instrument to redeem this song. God bless Steve Green, and may we give our lives so others can see Him, and His great love for them.

Yes, humility is the key. We need to draw people towards the Cross by selfless obedience to Christ. It will never be easy, since we are all dirty rotten sinners as well. Actually I was directed to this page, by one of... you people. I personally have never had a particularly "negative" experience with anyone religious (other than possibly street preachers), as I'm not a choir boy, so I have never been molested by one. BUT, I have eyes and ears and am able to see the way things are for myself. I actually recently attended a church Christmas carol type dealy. What a joke, have any of you ever read a physics book? I know you refer to the old testament, where god teaches how he wants humans to be like what he considers to be a sin etc. , but paul teaches that the new covenant is made through faith in christ and the spirit of forgiveness only. That means that all sins are forgiven if you believe that jesus is the promised messiah. The 613 regulations in the old testament are only useful for the insight of the sin acc. to paul. but salvation is only possible through faith.

Actually I was directed to this page, by one of... you people. I personally have never had a particularly "negative" experience with anyone religious (other than possibly street preachers), as I'm not a choir boy, so I have never been molested by one. BUT, I have eyes and ears and am able to see the way things are for myself. I actually recently attended a church Christmas carol type dealy. What a joke, have any of you ever read a physics book? Did you all flunk science at school REALLY bad?

you know, Hitler was almost right, wasn't he? The only thing wrong was that he signled out the jews. He should have been targetting religion in general. If all religous people were culled, the world would be a far better place AND you would all be with your precious lord, lolz.
There would be less overcrowding, there would be enough food for everyone including Africans (Not that there would be too many of them left, with all their crazy religions) AND the rest of us would live in peace!

Laying with a man is a sin if you are a man. The same for two women that lay together. The lord forgives you of all sins no matter how little or big they are. So if you are laying with men then that is a sin.

I know you refer to the old testament, where god teaches how he wants humans to be like what he considers to be a sin etc. , but paul teaches that the new covenant is made through faith in christ and the spirit of forgiveness only. That means that all sins are forgiven if you believe that jesus is the promised messiah. The 613 regulations in the old testament are only useful for the insight of the sin acc. to paul. but salvation is only possible through faith.

Very soon after I accepted Jesus Christ as my LORD in 1977, I and some friends went to Steve's bible study in Chatsworth,CA.USA. The place was packed with my new family and you could feel the presence of God. The praise was the most beautiful thing I had ever heard. Sleep well my brother, the rest of our family in Christ will be together very soon now. I agree with you; however, the Bible does say he hair is like wool and feet are dark. Everything in the Bible is controversial in this time. Even though the Bible clearly gives a description of how he looks people will still get angry with me for repeating it. Im not even trying to start any arguments but because most preachers do not teach these things that are clearly in the Bible people ignore it and if you repeat it your just trying to start trouble.
