0:45 you know the only reason abraham lincon went agiants slavery was because with out it the souths main market it would come to an advantage to the north during the civil war. in fact, he wouldnt talk to any black people unless there where a very high rank and wanted to deport the free slaves back to africa.
Yeah! I'm sick & tired of the historical ignorance too! That MFer Lincoln was never OUR president!!! And he didn't save the union, he enslaved it!!! The American union used to be a voluntary union of free states. Lincoln turned it into a limited dictatorship. The states ain't free just like the people ain't free. We want our damn Freedom back! End southern subjugation! Liberty or death!
oh ignorant mother fuckers. im so sick of you fuckers and trying to use "slavery" to justify the invasion of the south. fuck you. i was never a racist but you worthless motherfuckers have pushed pepole like me to far. im gonna drop nigger like theres no tomaro, along with coon, spook, jigaboo, spear chucker. mind you i wont fly my flag to bring down the black man and all who opose it but to defy you punk mother fuckers
Barack Obama isn't of slave decent and its an absolute insult to those who are to include him here. Edit his pic out and this vid will get five stars.
"It is still in our power to direct the process of emancipation, and deportation, peaceably, and in such degrees, as the evil will wear off insensibly; and their places be . . . filled up by free white laborers."

Alot of People don't relize The Black Man was there at Alamo , The black man was there for every war this country has ever fought., Blood was shed and many made the supreme sacrifice. Change was long over due, And We need to stand behind and support our New President, Keep him in your prayer's .. I am so proud that our country has moved forward ..Tom
nay the alamo was a battle in the Texas revilution in which immigrants to Texas (when it was part of mexico) were treated unfairly by Santa Anna, who violated a contract that had been made bassically saying people can immigrate into Texas. The Texas Revalution had nothin to do with the USA, and they had absolutly no part in it, if you want to comment on Texas history learn about it first
Abraham Lincoln was one of the most important leaders in XIX century. His speech in Getysburg is, whit the speeches of Churchill, the most elocuent that i never read
Newly seceded Alabama's Constitution: Article VI/Slavery-Sec.2-"The humane treatment of slaves shall be secured by law." Sec.5-"Any person who shall maliciously dismember or deprive a slave of life, shall suffer such punishment as would be inflicted in case the like offense had been committed on a free white person" That was approved by the State on Jan. 7th 1861. Lets skip ahead about a month, and a half. March 2nd the Northern Republican run U.S. Congress passes Joint Resolution No. 80
It was to be a 13th amendment to forever protect slavery, and its expansion. It was drawn up, and passed by Northern Republicans. It reads as follows, "No amendment shall be made to the Constitution which will authorize or give to Congress the power to abolish or interfere, within any State, with the domestic institutions thereof, including that of persons held to labor or service by the laws of said State." Two days later on his inaugural day Newly elected president Lincoln fully endorses it...
In his inaugural speech Lincoln says this about the amendment to keep Africans in chains for all time to come, "Holding such a provision to now be implied Constitutional law, I have no objection to its being made express and irrevocable." You here that "irrevocable" Lincoln himself stated in the Emancipation it was a "war measure for suppressing said rebellion" It would also have no legal standing post-war. I am glad slavery is gone. Based upon historical fact you should not have Lincoln on here
I respect every man on here except one, (Abe Lincoln) I do respect Obama, for the moment. I of course will not if he turns out to be another piss poor president. We shall see.
Hey, that's superman.

alamo was part of the fight for texas,in which we forceibly took a large part of mexico,so that is probably not a good example.

Brazil practiced slavery well into the 1880's, Liberia into the 1930's, and Sudan still practices slavery. You are sadly mistaken.

In eighteen-fourteen we took a little trip
Along with Colonel Jackson down the mighty Mississipp'
We took a little bacon and we took a little beans
And we caught the bloody British in the town of New Orleans.
Chorus:
We fired our guns and the British kept on comin'
There wasn't neigh as many as there was a while ago
We fired once more and they began to runnin'
On down the Mississippi to the Gulf of Mexico.
