@joydivisionlwtua use your brain. the new cards today might not be worth a lot now, but in the future they'll be worth a lot. the new cards will be old some day too.

@misterchuckle I think you are the one who needs to think a bit more clearly about this...The reason older cards are worth a lot is because no one knew they would be valuable some day, and many were discarded or not kept in nice condition. The new cards will not have much value in the future, but feel free to spend your money on them if you enjoy them, just don't think of them as a good investment.

Yeah I stopped collecting back around 91 or 92, got many great rookie cards of many hall bound players. But thanks to gross overproduction during the 80's and early 90's my collection is only rich in sentimental value. Nice collection though my man!

Great collection. The only thing I see missing, at least as far any thing of value goes, is a Kent Hrbek rookie card. I have the Babe Ruth Fabric of the Game from 2005 2/3 if you would be interested in buying or trading for it. My only criticism of this video is that there were never any Carny Lansford inserts for you to showcase :) Nice cards, take care of them!!

these card companies are thieves..controlling distribution, scarcity, intentional error cards, impossible to build sets...damaged cards...own the bgs grading co.s and beckett...autos on stickers....

thats why i buy , open, and return close to 20,000 on hot packs at retailers every year....
