I've read up on them and apperently a lot of people get 'Choke' and '13 Minutes' confused as APC songs...I don't find these two songs sound like APC at all. Check out 'Believe' by Living Syndication, it sounds more like APC.

ya, i've always loved this song, it's put as a song by a perfect circle on limewire, which is how i found it, but ya, listening to the difference in voices, clearly not a perfect circle.

When APC's eMotive first started making it's piracy debut via torrent, Living Syndication's "Choke" was included and labelled as A Perfect Circle as the artist.

It may have been an incredibly stupid mistake, and LS fans usually get in an uproar about it, but in the end it got LS a lot of good exposure with APC listeners. With similar vocals and musical styles, it's not a huge leap to make, and a lot more people probably enjoy Living Syndication now instead of being completely oblivious to them.

There used to be the video to the song "Moment" by Aiden, and at the end you could see the band saying: "hey we're living syndication, check out our new cd" and there was this track starting the part with the distortion, and I loved it so I checked it out...
