and while watching a replay. hit the ~ button then type: /avidemo 100

''100'' is the frames per second, you can use more or less if you want

then you can select the first and the last picture in virtual dub and that program changes all those pictures into a sick high quality vid... then you can do smooth very slow slomotions without any lag in it ;)
