@NiceyMinaj25 Kim was cute in the early 2000s. Then & Now she had/has her bad days & good days when she doesnt look too hot just like EVERYBODY ELSE. But honestly Looks fade and thats with EVERY human being. Nothing stays the same forever. Everybody changes whether be naturally or due to surgery or whatever there is going to be change. I wouldnt expect Kim to look like she did at 18 even if she didnt have the surgery
