  • Olivers 2 Tablespoons are 4 full cups :D

  • In what way are kaffir lime leaves a secret in Thai food? They are as common as vinegar on chips!

  • มั่วแล้วมึง

  • I make the curry paste in batch, using up the whole pot of peppers and a tin of tomato puree, so I don't get stuck with leftovers. I leave out the sesame oil and garlic, and freeze the curry paste in portions. I add the sesame oil and garlic when I'm making the curry. Using the ready-made curry paste, I actually manage to make the curry within 30 minutes!

  • LOL. like 30 sec of making for the first ep of this show. now he uses up to 5 mins to make a salad. sry. i jus find that a bit funny. but still LOVE HIM!!!

  • the core of the cucumber is the best part

  • @coltsc123

Of course it's all about money..... but he's still totally pasionate about what he does.

One of his main motives seems to be making us Brits care about food as much as the wops.

  • @AnarchyAhead Is "wop" an OK thing to say in the UK? That's exceedingly racist here in the States. Not as bad as Nigger, but still NO ONE says wop..

  • i dont think i like this new Jamie, hes getting a bit too commercial for my liking...

  • @coltsc123

Commercial he has been comercial since about 2001, having said that his latest book is very good though IMO.

  • @coltsc123

His managers sure know how to capitalise on his cooking and personality. It's been that way from the beginning, IMO.

He's no great chef, but his food speaks to the masses, and so does he.

I reckon he's a nice bloke - obviously had heaps of lucky breaks - but so have so many others on today's TV.

At least he can do something and do it well.

  • @Sydneysider1310 He doesn't need to be a great chef because he's a better cook.

  • @FreakPower70 As I said.

  • thanks for the upload. your the best
