Nations rise and fall based on economy, politics, etc, but the strength of the nation lies in its people. Philippines with all the poverty and corruption is blessed with strong family closeness. So d golden rule...he who has the gold rules. True God blesses us with gold/silver/copper and we are located strategically both military/commerce. But d real gold lies in the heart of our people. God is wise.
the only way to fix the philippines is to overhaul its economic and political fabric. familial loyalties must be stripped, and democratic leadership restored. the public in general must also increase their participation in politics and to pressure the govt. to punish those who are corrupt, instead of letting it pass by.

i'm not saying it can't, i'm saying it isn't practical. do you know nuclear fusion or fission? in fission, deuterium is used to slow down neutrons allowing U235 nuclei to decay, in fusion it is used as fuel along with tritium, however fusion is still very inefficient and isn't used in a practical manner. and just to let you know, i've taken college classes on this topic, so i can confidently say that it is you who needs to stop looking at wikipedia and do real research.

wait a minute, i just saw a stupid article on the internet that may enlighten something... are you thinking of hydrogen fuel as the same as deuterium/heavy water? the way to make heavy water is to concentrate the .6% of water molecules with H of 2 amu, and naturally it concentrates in deep water. but even if we get deuterium, what's the point? we don't even have nuclear fusion reactors yet. hydrogen fuel is different in that it is pure hydrogen which is used, not deuterium.

this mught be irrelevant, but we can extract deuterium... ever heard of heavy water? the process of making it came during the 30's and during WW2, the countries attempting to develop nuclear weapons made tons of it since it is required for nuclear reactors.

are you stupid? deuterium cannot be converted into energy as of yet... it is important in nuclear fusion research and in nuclear fission reactors to slow down neutrons, allowing the uranium 235 nucleus to destabilize and split.

first, how is this relevant? second it's only because the recession affected mostly the global financial system in which the philippine economy isn't that tied up with. if you look into weaker economies, they were not as severely affected by the recession and more prosperous countries, and knowing this would not make you feel proud that our country did not enter a recession.

i'm not saying it can't, i'm saying it isn't practical. do you know nuclear fusion or fission? in fission, deuterium is used to slow down neutrons allowing U235 nuclei to decay, in fusion it is used as fuel along with tritium, however fusion is still very inefficient and isn't used in a practical manner. and just to let you know, i've taken college classes on this topic, so i can confidently say that it is you who needs to stop looking at wikipedia and do real research.

....outdated? the most advanced research into using deuterium as an energy source, the JET(Joint European Torus) is yet to be able to make nuclear fusion viable, and estimates say it will take another 30 years to make it viable. You are right, Canada produces deuterium, but not for direct energy conversion but for nuclear fission and as research material. stop being dumb and do actual research and studying. I hate people who keep insisting yet have not done research on their part.

i am criticizing you because most of the credible research about deuterium and nuclear fusion are in english... and not like those fake blogs in the philippines in which a couple i saw mistook hydrogen power for heavy water research. remember those 2 are different things. i can make hydrogen gas whenever i want by diffusing water with electricity, but i could never gain the technology to concentrate heavy water.

if you try to disagree, then tell me in physical terms how 2H can be converted to energy in practically? first of, in fusion, a huge input of energy is needed just to make the plasma in the reactor, and the energy produced in these few seconds is about 1/3 of the input, and this is from the tokamak fusion reactor, which is one of the most advanced in the world. how then can the philippines have a need for deuterium?
