They are saying it might have been the result of an accident; it seems

to me that if a vehicle hit a jogger, there would have been a lot of blood

at the scene, not just a shoe.

@sooouuuuper There is nothing confirming this is an accident. The show is speculating that it MIGHT be an accident.
