This video and the others in the series are superb. Your skill is obvious and the camera work and commentary show very clearly how you achieve your results. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos.
Well, another success!!I found it very interesting how you hold the knife and how your thumbs work.I have done very little work with a knife but am going to start as soon as I get the hook knife you suggested.
I am planning a video on grips that I use and traditional grips used. I take it you've ordered a hook knife from Del Stubbs, you will be very pleased with it I am sure.
Yes it's from Del Stubbs, I am on a limited income but plan on getting more knives as finances allow, liked the look of all of them.Looking forward to the rest of your videos, good camera angles too.
I too am slowly gathering more of his knives, I sold off some of my old ones just to buy more of his. My brother does the filming and I told him to film it so it looks as close to looking at your own hands as he could get.
Forget last comment. I saw your other videos and they're knives made by Del Stubbs. Thanks again for the impressive tutorials.

It's been asked before but I need to ask it again. What knife are you using in part one when roughing out the blank? Great video, btw.

You mentioned that you freeze the wood. What's the purpose in that? I'm a newbie and your videos are really inspiring!
