  • about the Greek yogurt, it is really yummy if you ad it on e.g. potato salad instead of mayo or sour cream.. plus it contains less fat, which makes it more healthy.. so yay :D

  • Well first, I can not believe you're 15 haha but anyway, great advice =) especially the jump rope. I just started doing it in PE and out teacher told us that five minutes of non-stop jumping is like running 5 miles =D plus it's great for getting rid of excess fat around your waist ^^

  • u eat apples with sugar? here in Denmark we eat apples raw, with nothing, and sometimes we eat 2-3 at a time, or atleast i do, yum ^_^

  • Plain yogurt is a great substitute in cooking too. You can use it to make some really delicious low cal and low fat gyros.

    Also, there this sparkling water with juice made by Cascade Ice you might like it only has 2 calories, no sugar, and comes in a 17 oz bottle. They come in many different flavors and doesn't taste much different from soda.

I just started bringing them for lunches at school( i'm a vegetarian, so there aren't many options for me) and I dropped my Dannon Greek yogurt in the hall and it just BURSTED! soooo. . .. i had to throw it away :) just sayin. . . . .but they are delicous!!!! o and there are only 12 grams of protein in my Dannon Greek yogurt?!?!?

  • love this video super helpful, although cutting out red meat isnt good! especially for women - we lose ALOT of Iron which is found mainly in red meat while we have our 'time of the month', and a lack of iron in our bodies = tiredness :) i would just suggest lean red meat - nothing that comes in a burger or fast food. have lean lamb or steak etc with a salad xox

  • You eat apples with sugar? That's pretty unusual to me. (I'm from Singapore) Apples are sweet enough isn't it? At least it it were I am. I've only heard of soaking cut fruits in salt water to prevent oxidization. But near heard of eating it with sugar.

  • I remember being 15 and being able to eat whatever I wanted and not suffer any consequences but now, even though I'm still young, at 25 - you really have to watch what you are eating and what you are doing. My healthy eating tips include at least 3 servings of whole grains, 7 servings of veggies & fruit , 2 servings of dairy and 2 servings of protein plus you should get some good plant based fats and oils. For beverages, stick with water and tea.

    My healthy lifestyle tips are to exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Technically, it's nice to get a workout in plus a 30-60 minute cardio whether it's walking, running or aerobics. You should get 30-60 minutes of cardio a day no matter what and workouts 3-4 times a week. Even if you get out for 15 minutes at lunch for a walk - that counts towards your 60 minutes. It's also nice to add in a daily stretching exercise like pilates or yoga - even 15 minutes will do a day!
