I respect your opinion. I do think that it's a good song, I just wish the whole song was as gorgeous as the first 45 sec. But it could also be that I misunderstood the style of Primary 1 a bit and was expecting something different, like indie with some ambient / electronica elements.

Understood. I absolutely love this, I think the video really suits the song and he looks like a star! If he is creating something which is natural to him and sounds genuine then the fact that it seems commercial has nothing to do with it, it sounds awesome and he has to be commended for that. Primary 1 you rock!

Overall, both the song and the video are nice but I am a bit confused.

The song starts gorgeously, like Boards of Canada. But then it changes into something that sounds rather commercial. It's still a likeable song.

In terms of the video, the invisible people with the colour suits are awesome. However, like the song, there are some commercial elements to it as well.
