its the same thing! just the name is in japanese coz i played japanese version of DJMAX and this song was "kaze ni onegai" -> 風にお願い.

Well the Japanese version didn't have the Live version, almost all of the first Portable is the free version but even in the buyable tracks, you couldn't get this.
