The video and this game are amazing. Even the books...but I have one thing to point out. That assassin either has t-rex arms, or they did not make the severed limb to the right proportions. It looks like it stops at his elbow, but the cut is clearly made to the upper arm, halfway up the bicep.

So because of foreshortening, you're telling me this guy's elbow was non-existent. Argue foreshortening all you want, but when the assassin is laying sideways across the screen it's plain as day which makes your statement invalid. Thanks for playing.

I think the guy Geralt fights at the end is in fact another witcher ,created after the secrets of Khaer Morhen were stolen and exposed. And about the ending (at least neutral path ) (SPOILER) ,it says that Geralt is living a life of solitude and Triss becomes the king's adviser. I'm confused , i thought they were gonna settle down in a rural place or something with Alvin as their "son". (End of spoiler)

Actually, time travel exists in the Witcher. In fact, when you tell Triss about Alvin teleporting, she explicitly says that if he could do that despite wearing the medalion, he could now be in any place and time.

Also, the Salamanders never showed any intention of killing Alvin, just kidnapping it. There's many possible explanations for that ;)

As for the outro itself, the way I understood it was that it was just another mutant/witcher, not necessarily Berengar.

I believe what Kodiwtf says it just shows a mutant that passed the second step of the so called "Prüfung der Gräßer" (in germany) maybe prove of grases (in english? but sounds more like a wheetmovie/game ^^) btt what i like to say is that there has been no other mutant passing the second step except Geralt (remeber the first dialouges with eskel) and this is why geralt is so astound of seeing another mutant that passed the second step.

@youtiber123321 u haven't payed attention to the game!! they do NOT want to kill them, this is just Triss' version because maybe she knows who alvin really is and just try to avoid getting him so "cruel" or convincing him for here own dutys. But the Salamandra just tried to kidnap alvin ;). Maybe because of the sudden return of Geralt, that could change the fate of Jaques. And all this is MAYBE just a try to save his as from getting a nicer guy ^^ or so

well, vesemir said that apart from the ones in kaer morhen, there is onle berengar, who we met also. so this guy may have been created in a way that azar gave the stolen secrets to someone else too, who could use them better. Also, i don't think he was taught in kaer morhen how to use dual daggers
