@TheEFoy11 i can't really compete with high scores but the highest i ever got was about 1300, i usually get high ones on venom 2 (as high as you can get) and bolse, i get high ones on zoness if i got my game together but thats about it

@supercrapnstuff11 For my high scores, I go through Corneria, Meteo, Katina, Sector x, Macbeth, Area 6 and venom 2 ( because there are more enemies and chances of bonuses). I went over these stages over and over again with similar tactics of concordat's until now. Took me a month or two to suss it out.

@TheEFoy11 Same path I took for my high score. Apparently some really high scoring dudes take the leftmost path now, once they figured out how many points you could get by cheating the torpedo programming on Aquas. Oh if only I knew how to actually edit videos and create snappy looking graphics...

you can grab both the bomb and lasers if you attempt an inverted loop (make a flip and move the joystick left to turn right and grab the laser pick up about the time the loop finishes)

These videos are all hilarious! Now they've inspired me to buy Star Fox 64 for the Virtual Console on the Wii. I never realized that the Andross I killed every time, cause I failed so hard, wasn't legit. But, I was six years old after all. So, I went for it. Lost all my lives to fricken Star Wolf, went in to face Andross with ~10% health. I only got a bomb and a laser upgrade on the tunnels in... Damn eyeballs destroyed me. But, I just went back, redid it all, and got a score of 848. YESSS.

I was gonna complain about the poor quality, but then I remembered the trick for getting high quality on any video. In this video I was just firing them before they got a chance to lock onto anything, but you can prevent them from getting a lock by holding Z and R at the same time.

Not sure what that'd be on the Virtual Console, whatever buttons roll.

Nooooo it's part of the game actually. Peppy gives you advice which is later useless if you played it multiple times, Slippy gives the boss health readings, and as for Falco, he helps you discover hidden areas (cave behind waterfall) or helps you destroy certain targets that may be a bit to hard (last 2 searchlights in Zoness) as a reward for saving him.
