soap up the nose. works for me.

a little soap on the end of your finger right inside your nose( doesnt sound nice i know) but it does work. once you do it wait and a big sneeze will come, 2 mins later you feel alot better no sniffles. by the way i know this cause i have a cold at the minute.

by the way you will probably have to do it for a day till your symtoms go away.
