@gpardhu backward ?? what do u mean? northeast is backward economically only,other social indices are comprable to rest of the country, and that too because of insurgency and violence,otherwise it is one of the best place in the country to live.. way better... trust me.. visit northeast someday it would be an eyeopener for you.... :)
