I think Thunder heals because the heartless wearing metal undersea suits and proplelers (they're not fish) would recharge the power, the fat fish heartless because, belive it or not, a fish with a little yellow thing dangling from it's head is considered a thunder elemental in most games, and the jellyfish because, well they're... jellyfish.
