Go to 2:44 and you see it explained that once the stroke is on the layer you can move it and also resize it. If you don't put it on a layer, it is not editable.
I'm a bit confused. I can see the first edge you created around the outside. But what did the second layer do? I don't see anything besides a bounding box. Please explain?
