he is an American economic hit-man for Ukraine, an agent of World bank and IMF in Ukraine. he was a banker in the 90th when we were robbed in Ukraine with 5-6 hyperinflations 300% each of them. who in his own mind could vote for him?
why americans brought it to power? - may be they want to steal from Ukraine another billions and at the same time to drag neutral by Law Ukraine into the NATO and even to prepare Ukraine for the War with Russia?!
