Bourdain seems like the complete stereotype of the ugly american here; loud, crass, ignorant, uncultured and rude. You can go anywhere in the world and find bad food if you're stupid enough. And the way he is generally racist about Icelanders and two-faced about the individuals that assisted him just makes him look like the arrogant prick he is.
